A simple pasta
For as long as I can remember, I have never been a fan of saucy pastas. As a child, I was all about the butter and parmesan cheese. Now, I indulge in the simple taste of fresh pasta and a few key ingredients.
For dinner this evening I tossed spaghetti in olive oil, garlic, grilled asparagus and kale. I then topped it off with a squeeze of lemon and shaved parmesan. The best part was the whole 7 minutes that it took to make this scrumptious meal. I highly recommend it.
